About me
Navigating Between Cultures
I was born in Southern China and moved to the U.S. as a teenager. Like many of my clients, I had to navigate the space between my family’s culture and mainstream American culture.
I understand the complexity of figuring out what identity and authenticity looks like when you live between worlds. That’s why I’m particularly passionate about supporting Asian and Asian American clients who are exploring these same questions.
My Path to Therapy
Before becoming a therapist, I was a product marketing manager at Google. I know what it’s like to have the “right” job and still feel something’s missing. Therapy helped me find my way back to myself, and now I help others do the same.
Everyone’s path looks different—sometimes that means change, and sometimes it means making peace with where you are. Either way, I'll support you in finding more ease, confidence, and joy.
Working Together
If you're someone who needs to understand the "why" behind things, you're in the right place. I share the reasoning behind what we do so that you have a sense of direction.
I respect your autonomy. I'll share perspectives and invite you to consider different angles, and you decide what resonates.
I provide therapy in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Wondering if we might be a good fit? Let’s talk. Schedule a free consultation and we’ll explore whether working together makes sense.
